PARTS SERVICE AND COMPONENT REPAIRS AISA offers their customers Logistics Support for helicopter fleets. This service provides: PARTS SERVICE: AISA provides customers with the spare parts they may require for fleet operation. These come from our own stock [held at Cuatro Vientos] or are ordered from the original manufacturer. AISA keeps in stock those parts needed to deal with customer requests in AOG [Aircraft on Ground] situations. COMPONENT REPAIRS: In addition, AISA offers the customers a repair and overhaul service for helicopter components. This work is either carried out by AISA in its own workshops or in other specialised centres. |

| SUPPORT
ENGINEERING AISA has an expert engineering service capable of fully supporting all its maintenance, repair, modernisation and customer service activities. This engineering covers everything from the design of new systems to solving any problem found in the helicopter. One of the services offered by AISA engineerig is dealing with the documentation of the aircraft operated by its customer. This involves the provision of Bulletins and Directives, preparing maintenance plans and providing the necessary support in dealing with the aviation authorities for issue of Airworthiness Certificates, STC´s and any other requirements. |

COLLABORATION AGREEMENTS / REPRESENTATION AISA has a large number of agreements with aeronautical companies manufacturing helicopters and components, and also represents some of them in Spain. The most important companies which AISA has agreements with are: EUROCOPTER: Service Center agreement for the following helicopters: Superpuma, BO 105, BK 117 and EC 135. BELL: Designated Maintenance Facility for the following helicopters 205, 212, and UH-1D/H. BOEING HELICOPTERS: Airframe and components maintenance and repair agreement . ALLIED SIGNAL: Authorized Maintenance Center for LTS 101 650 B 1 and 750 B 1 engines. COLLINS: Avionics Dealer Agreement for Collins General Aviation Division products. SARGENT FLETCHER: Representation in Spain for In-flight Refuelling systems. |
